Return Policy

We want you to love your Bloomie purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Returns are only accepted with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please note:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used baby products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at hello@bloomie.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
